RATIONALE

The fundamental emphasis of development is the need for order, the need to belong and the need for industry. Through sports and games, children satisfy the natural urge to move, explore and interact with each other. Physical growth and development of children should be fostered from the early years of development.  Sports and Games help to improve their motor skills and co-ordination. Since children mature at varying rates, a broad-based approach to physical education is essential. This course introduces Sports and Games.
